My upgrades are erased even though I paid for them!

what the heck, I paid for feature listing and the superpack, it took money for both but didn't apply neither,
ALSO it charged me BOTH for the feature and the superpack even though the superpack already has leve 1 featured.l
This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Now its screwed up again and not even showing up as featured what the hell!

While the enhancements list for this ad does list PowerPak as one of the options you selected, you were not charged for this. You were charged for Featured in 1 Category, and for listing the ad in a second category.
Featured in 1 Category costs $4.75.
Second category listing costs $3.00.
Reviewing your account, this is what you were charged for and your ad is Featured in the Helicopters > Aerial Photography category. The second category your ad is listed in is Helicopters > Electric Helicopters.
