I received my order and the canopy for the P-51 Marie is messed up. The seat back for the pilot is not behind the pilots back, it broke loose and is wedged between the pilot and canopy. I sent an email 0n 11-20 with a photo of the canopy I received to [email protected] but received no reply. Check the "sales" email account for the photo of the defective canopy as I've tried to upload it here but I don't see it... or give me another email account to send it to.

In your shoes I'd merely pry up the canopy sides, using a nail file or something very thin to break the glue bond along the sides first...

Glue the seat back in, then reglue the canopy... an easy fix.

Elmer's white glue will work fine for this.

It's much easier and far quicker than trying to get a replacement.

FYI: Nitro's staff does not frequent these forums as often as they used to.

Just let it dry for at least a day or two.

Since it dries colorless, the repair will not be visible.
