RE: 1/5 scall
When you say it's hard to start, do you mean that it takes a lot of pulls on the starter? When it starts, does it run ok until you stop, or does it stop running sometimes?

RE: 1/5 scall
Hi fgbaja
I didnt run my car for years and found out my needle settings were much too rich for some reason.
What I did was unplug the fuel inlet tube into carb. then tried to start as normal. it fired up for a second.
That told me it was fuel/air mixture problem.
I then replaced the fuel inlet and fiddled with the needles until I got it running again.
Cant guarantee it will work, but it worked for me.
Best of luck,
Skinned knuckles are no fun!
