WOW, belt start, twisted wires, and the gyro has a box with the two knobs. It has been years since I see those things.
If you are asking to fix it because you want to learn on it, You can forget it. You will need an ample supply of parts for the repairs you will need along the way. If you are looking to fix it to hang it from the ceiling, or sell it to a collector, then that's another story.
I'd have to agree with the two suggestions given, Nightflyer and maybe a Kalt or similar model.
