I would like to take this opportunity to THANK ALL who was involved in the charity fly this past weekend....esp. the WWI guys. The "Wings for Kids" event in Louisville is a wonderful event and the people that host it make you feel right at home... Maybe Tim or one of the Dougs can say a few words and post some pics. I have one pic of the wife next to the Russian BUSA Mc Camel

I look forward to this one every year. I'll be bringing my "big mouth" N-28 to chomp the tails of the Fokkers, the Siemens-Schuckert to fly formation with Barry's, and possibly the DH-2 to test fly it...if I can get it into the van with the others.

Speaking for all of the WIngs for Kids folks...its is always an honor to have MIchelle and Rhonda and Billy Clinks wife attend our event. They add that extra special fun to the event and it is so very nice of them to bring their husbands to fly for the kids. Our event is made special by the people that give up a weekend to help us raise money for the Childrens Hospital here in Louisville. Don't have the final numbers yet but we should be approaching $200,000 with this years event. Special thanks to all of the Dawn Patrol guys who have helped us in the past. Thanks for sharing your special talent with us each year.

This is what I'll be flying ............

I flew Dawn Patrol a couple of mornings at the 2014 Mint Julep Scale Classic flown at Rosewood, Indiana. I was 6th in Fun Scale Advanced.

Mikey Wartman flew his captured Pup and finished in 5th Place just ahead of me. He also captured the coveted Flight Achievement Award voted on by the
flight judges.

I think he will be bringing this one to the ODP.

Mike I hope you were "humble" when you whooped up on Arthur!
Congrats on doing very well at the MJ and it will be a real treat to see you two fly together at ODP...........

Are you guys slipping? At least 10 post's and not one commenting on King Arthur's day glow green and something colored pajama's.
No wonder Mike's Pup whooped on him, DR-1 pilot was blinded by the green laser.

Mike W. my 1/3 Pup finally done.

HPA, We have 3 from MAD Patrol coming out to ODP.
