Pull off air filter and adjust idle screw until you see a 1mm gap ..make sure your transmitter setting isn't keeping it idle..that gap your putting in allows enough air in to mix with fuel to keep it running when you let off throttle ...after you have it running the idle may need more adjusting to idle up or down more..the 1mm is a starting point..that should fix it..make sure to put air filter back on before even trying to start it
Hope this helps

by any chance did you return everything back to factory settings and re tune? or are you running on the settings someone used to break in the motor. Get a good tune going you could be running really rich causing it to stall at idle

You should be able to idle it up hi enough to stop it from cutting off even if the idle is so hi the truck is trying to pull...then ease it back until it stops pulling

Check for a broken clutch spring. This will shut down an engine if it is broken or stretched.

He says it starts up and runs..but when hitting brakes it cuts off..sounded like tx was holding idle on it so when hitting brakes would allow carb. To close all the way ..thus for shutting off..I'm thinking crank the idle up to hi just to make sure the idle screw is there and working..if it is it should if nothing more let it idle up very hi..just a start point

A front bearing leaking air will cause exact thing..I say this cause it just happened to me..OS .21 was and always has run sweet. Stopped Saturday it cut off. Fired strate back..every time I hit brakes meaning no throttle it cut off..I idled to the moon it still cut off..tore it down replaced bearings problem solved ...with only 3 gallons through it.
