blade cp o-rings
Any one have a fix for the orings on a cp? Ive keep having to change mine and/or use more dampening shims. I currently have 4 on each side and its still loose. I could file the ends of the spindle(brand new) to tighen it up but would like to avoid doing that again.

Hi
You could try and find some one to drill the holes just a tiny bit deeper and then use blade grip bearings instead of o-rings. I don't know how well that would work but its an idea.

RE: blade cp o-rings
I had to file the ends of mine to get a slop free fit. I used a high speed cut off wheel in my dremel tool and just took off a little at a time. If you take large cuts to the spindle ends, you run the risk of damaging the internal threads. I shaved mine down until I could just fit one shim on each end with no play. I have done this the one replacement spindle, and had to do it with the spindle in the bell hiller upgrade as well.
