Lightbulb Futaba 16sz Rx compatibility

I a must thinking of getting the 16sz.

Currently I have a 10 yr old 9 cap. I have mostly FrSky FASST receivers . Will the 16sz recognise and bind to those receivers?

Yes they will, you will need to select the correct system mode on the transmitter as it can bind to any current modes .

True, but this is not an open discussion thread. It is also not monitored 24/7. Give me a chance to answer. Thanks.

May I add a certain valuable technical detail?

NOT ALL FrSky FASST receivers are safely compatible with current Futaba FASST European transmiters as they have to comply with a certain CE LBT (Listen Before Transmitter) norm, one that older FrSky receivers do not!

Only modern FrSky receivers and expensive updatable old ones may be safely used with today Futaba radios in Europe.

Good to know. I do not make any comments about third party devices, so thanks for the info.

+1.....it's why I accidentally answer, because in New Forums, subtitle isn't noticeable. Guys should just email questions to you rather then being in a forum.

This forum is fine. I just like to keep the cross talk to a minimum.
