RCS 1.4 with RE
Can anyone tell me if RCS 1.4 with the rear exhaust is still available for sale. RC Showcase still advertises this model, as late as in the December issue of RCM but it is not offered at their website. Can this engine be purchased somewhere else? All information is greatly appreciated.

This is from there web site >
What?, a light weight gas engine with a computerized electronic auto advancing ignition that weighs only 2.0 pounds* and can swing a 16 x 8 prop at 8500+ RPM!!!
Does it really use regular gasoline? (at $1.80 per gallon?)
Does it use a 50:1 oil/gas mixture? (no mess)
Does it really weigh 2.0 lbs. with the ignition? (very light weight)
Does the ignition start off fully retarded? (no kick back)
Does it start easily by hand? (no electric starter/battery to lug to the field)
Does it have BALL bearings on the crankshaft? (long life)
Does it have NEEDLE bearings on the connecting rod? (long life)
Does it have a Rotary induction valve? (smooth linear throttle transitions)
Does it have a rear inducted carburetor ? (quiet and slim for easy mounting)
Does the carburetor have a choke installed? (easy priming and can be enclosed in a cowl)
Does the carb have a pump? (mount the fuel tank anywhere)
Does the carburetor have high and low needles?(set and forget it!)
Does it have an optional rear exhaust? (for pattern plane use)
Does it have a 24 month warrant? (safe investment)
Does it have a North American service center available? (fast turn around on repair [if needed])
Is it supplied with an adapter for mounting a spinner? (less to hunt down)
Last question. Does it cost less than 360 U.S. Dollars? (a great value)
YES to all of the above!!
You can call them at 301-374-2197

I also contacted RC Showcase, with the same response. In the mean time, one of the members offered to sell me his - for which I'm very grateful. I would like to thank everybody for their help.
