Yes doing endo's is most likely your problem. With the savage at speed and when you suddenly lock up your brakes, the momentum still left in your savage will try and keep it going forewords. The front wheels try to keep turning whilst the front drive shaft is locked, added with the fact the front of the savage is also pitching down, adding extra weight at this time somethings gotta give and it usually the pinion gear that looses a couple of teeth [X(] Alloy diff cups and alloy diff housing help eliminate flex in the diffs when breaking also, but unless you like to replace crown and pinion gears all the time, lay off the endo's

If you are still using the plastic diff cups make sure they arent cracked. If you have done this enough you may have actually cracked the dif case and that would cause it to keep happening. If they are cracked you can either replace them with stock of upgrade to the aluminum ones.

RE: i have troubles
Use some grease and your diffs may have a better chance of survival.
I have never broken a set of 4 bevel spiders as yet, I pack the centres with heavy duty car wheel bearing grease. It adds more tractability when cornering.
10ft jumps, a year old and still going strong.
