Default glow plugs

hey i got a picco 27 and i keep fouling glow plugs .... everytime i shut it down and let it sit for awhile i go to start and the glow plug is bad .... its running fine temp wise running around 240-250 tried three different brands of plugs .... so which needle do you think is problem ??? also how common if diff problems i did the rear about 2 weeks ago or so and now since i dropped in this new motor the rear went out again .. is it maybe another problem ??

I suggest aluminum diff housings...the plastic has to much flex.
1 time of flexing at some weird angle..will start to wear out the ring gear...as the ring wears it starts to slip....if you keep driving after it slips gears..you'll probably need a pinion gear too.
ALSO,be sure your bearings are good,ANY slop in a bearing or the housing around the bearing is asking for trouble.

good suggestions i thought about getting alum diff housings .... any ideas about the glow plug??

I used o.s. #8 without any trouble in my picco 27. Running to rich or to lean can problems with plugs.

well i bought 3 os plugs #8 and all 3 have been run thru i think i may be too rich on the low speed but i dont know ... could outside temp be a factor ??? today it was 35 and went thru 2 glow plugs i mccoy and one os #8

Maybe you should try a hotter plug like the mccoy mc-59.

tried the mc-59 im thinking maybe a colder plug??? i dont know i have a traxxas plug in now and it went thru 3 tanks so far and hasnt fouled
