Where can I find out about turning on Dual Rates on a Futaba T18SZ?

I've followed the manual but can only get 1 and 4 of the 6 D/R into the ON Status. 2,3,5,6 only toggle between INH and OFF.

Either there's something wrong with the Tx or with my understanding of the manual. I'm assuming the latter! ;-)

There's still the matter of SETTING D/R once they're ON but I *think* I get that part.

Sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place!

    Thanks

    Rupert ;-)

I have a Futaba 14 MZ which I am replacing with Futaba 16 SZ which has new added functions I need plus the 14 by electronic standards is very old but over its lifetime has been very reliable .

Does anyone have info on how to transfer data from one tranny , the 14 MZ. to the other 16 SZ as manually re-entering individual aircraft data and finessing thru test flights would be quite a chore. I cannot find any info on the Futaba web site for this tranny combination data transfer

would appreciate any advice or direction to accomplish same.

Sorry - just saw this. What servos are you using? When you say the RX starts flashing what color and how fast is it flashing?

I have a new R2008SB receiver and in the process of centering up two aileron servos I ran into a problem. I am using a standard "Y" harness and when plugging in one servo it works fine but when I plug in the second servo into the other side of the Y harness the receiver begins to blink and both servos do not function. Do I have a defective receiver or am I doing something wrong?
