Quick Question
Hey, sorry about asking so many questions, it's just that I'm new, and trying to learn how everything works with R/C.
I just want to know if setting your controller at %125, for things like steering, braking, and throttle, is bad. Will it damage my car if I have everything set at %125? If not, then why wouldn't you always have it at %125?

RE: Quick Question
Not sure which chassis or radio you have , but yes , it could put a strain on the servos because they might have reached their stops at 100% or so. Usually you can set the chassis upside-down and very slowly check the steering and set the % just about the same time the steering reaches it's stops. It may be different as the suspension is compressed. Same thing for the throttle.
You'll also notice the servos continue to buzz at full lock and the servo-saver is "working" if it is traveling too far.
Uh, ok I see you probably have a 1/10 scale stadium truck. right?

RE: Quick Question
I ususally turn the car full lock at 80%, then increase the steering while turning the wheels...i keep increasing the % until the wheels have no more "travel". Do the same for the left!
For the throttle adjustmen, take off the air filter, then adjust the epa until the carb is fully open at full throttle!
