my plane has no tendency to pitching with the flaps deployed. If it does, it is very little that I hardly noticed it.

attach the baffle to the engine cooling fin on the crank case housing is much easier to do than to glue the baffle to the cowl. I made 3 separate pieces and mount them to the heat shink on the crank...

I have the Saito 90 on the zero and it overheat if I run full throttle for over 30 seconds. I have just opened up the cowl flaps today tested it again. I ran it full throttle for almost 10 mins...
