The rebuilt 120 just before installation in the 1/5 scale Pica Waco. The other pic is a comparison of the carb bores on the three Saito big blocks. (150 in the middle sporting a homebrew , longer than stock velocity stack as seen in on the 150 with the brass muffler.

my "long gone" Magnum 180 muffler had no baffles at all, yet it's tip was a bit smaller than the header, I drilled it out as others on RCU did, it still was rather quiet and produced noticeably more RPM than stock

Picture #4== no leaks any where.

I don't care much for that Hobbico tach., it reads all over the place and finally settles down the number I photograph.

Good numbers for a .40 ! Great looking setup with that spiffy muffler and elbow combination. What plane is it going on?

I have one of the old heavy MidStar kits about 90% done. Yes sir, ain't that a spiffy elbow, I didn't know if the FA 40a would respond well to the TurboHeader, but that 270 rpm increase is typical.

Dave, I like this SIG Mid Star 40, it would due nicely with a Saito on it, but mine would have to have an open cockpit

Jim, put your photos in a file that you name, for example, My Photos,etc. The Go Advanced button will give you the option to Search Your Device or a URL. Click on the picture, it will load to here and then let you UPLOAD to the post you're making.

yes I understand all that, but I used-to be able to just right click on a photo (in a site) and copy it's URL, then past the URL in Advanced, then click Upload and the photo would be in my post,, but not any more, the URL wont copy now,,, for an example, to the right of this page I am on now there is a photo of a young man holding a skate board, if I right click on that photo a little white window pops up, I can select> "Copy Image URL", some times it has> "Copy Image Address",,, any hoo, I now have to copy the photo to my computer first, then install in my post (Advance) << all that takes twice as long

Being new here, I am still struggling with some of the quirks. All too often I have typed out a (Too)lengthy response, bumped the wrong button and watched it disappear! (Kharma???)

Thanks for bringing up the Mid-Star 40. I have a brand new FA-40 Saito that I was considering dumping. Now it will be getting a new home in a Mid-Star 40. Great suggestion. That plane builds very quickly too.

Well, I've never used the (Copy URL) method, I always use the (Save As) option, so I don't how to do it your way. Sig has their pictures protected some way so unless you can find a Sig picture somewhere else you can't get them.

Sounds to me more like the computer version of the old R/C pilots affliction "Dumb Thumbs". Did I mention I was a poster child for this affliction?

If the software finds something in the url that is incorrect it wont paste. Happens quite often to me. Example would be google images. If there is an image that is linked to another site and the link has embedded information and not the actual image, it wont paste. Usually it happens for GIF images, or those that use Java or some other language and the image is embedded in the code. It can also happen for protected images that the site they belong to has them locked to prevent them from being copied.
