I see TopGun has pictures of it on their web page, too. www.tgajets.com

Looks good Joey. What turbine are you gonna try?

Default turbine

Hey Terry, have'nt give it much thought, thinking about doing two of the topcats, or better yet building another set of wings and vertical stabs. sheeting with thinner balsa and saving some weight in a few area's just for the purpose of ducted fan use....think I can get in down a couple of pounds with out sacrificing strength or safety........I like the concept of D/F sport jet, it has great lines and everything is right there at hands reach......if things work out I may put a turbine on it in the future....who knows....<G> Take care, JoeyH.

Joey

thats awesome man..Glad to hear it flies so good & is pretty fast.I am just curious as to how you did your fuel system.I assume your tanks are on or close to the CG?Are you using a fuel pump to deliver from the distance?I am buying a almost RTF hotspot from a guy on here & was thinking about flying with a OS 91 & Dynamax/weston pipe for awhile till i got the cash for a turbine.Let me know how you routed your fuel system please

Hi Steve, nothing special on the fuel system....ran it straight from the 32 oz fuel tank to the carb.....pressured the tank with the fan...and the tank is sitting really close on the CG.......Best wishes with your setup......Joey H.

I've seen this plane fly. It is one of the coolest planes i have seen him fly. Of course watching him do 3D with his Edge 540 or his new Extra 330 is better. Hope you fix the damage on the wing and the vertical stab soon!!

P.S. Do you know when you will be at our field next?? (Autaga county field)
