Thanks, Ronnie, do you just cut off the fork on the esm bracket and and siip it over? I have that tail wheel as a matter of fact. It just seems soooo heavy.

Yes, just cut the wire bracket and slip it over. It isn't that heavy but I did put a light wheel in it.

Hi,
in my ESM me 109 50CC i fixed the cowl to its final place first and then i meaured the spinner to be exactly with the nose of the cowl, while the glue between the inside cylinder and the firewall started to dry. i putted some tape betwwen the spinner and the nose cowl to keep the in place.
Hope it helps...

I don't know what you said, Ciao, but your doing good work. I noticed that the ME 109 is no longer shown on the TBM website. BTW, what tail wheel works with the Sierra fixed gear for the 109 that is light and looks good.

I recently made these MG 131 barrels for my plane at Shapeways. I designed them so that I could pass a machine gun light plug through the barrel.I have not yet installed the barrels yet and they won't be as long as in the first photo.

I am making one of the planes that Erich Hartmann flew on the eastern front in a winter white scheme. Here is a shot of my new "Erich" pilot. Lyle Vasser 3D printed the face from 3 photos. I also bought the body unpainted and just finished getting him ready for his first mission.
