Hey guys, came back from the RCX 2007 show and it was pretty awesome, lots of new products and fun stuff to look at. I have the link to the pics I took. You'll see Mindwreck in like the first photo. Sorry Patrick we couldn't get hold of you ASAP, here is some pictures though. [link=http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/[email protected]/album?.dir=f37dscd]RCX 2007 Photos[/link]

Hey guys, great thread! A while ago my mate got an electric car, andthe diff gears where stripped, so i said i would buy it off him for AU$50. He than said that i could have it, because he didny want it. Im pretty sure it is a tt-01, nothing special in the way of upgrades, but a couple of weeks ago i bought and fitted new diff gears into it and it GOES. i will have to post pics later on, and get you to evaluate what type of car it is. Thankyou, N?A

i tried to edit that post, to add more stuff, but it wont let me (its my post ffs!) anyhow, one last tip when removing masking tape/window masks, wait at least 24 hours from the last coat you sprayed, otherwise, the paint isnt quite dry and stretches round the edges, believe me, it looks cr*p

are they moving around inside the drive cups and falling out as you drive? You can try centering the shaft by put things inside the cup. o-rings are good for this

hey i have a tamiya tt-01 and a 13x2 Team Orion motor. I know that the stock spur/pinion ratio,61:9 is wrong for my motor, but what should I get?

I have a 12t Team Orion motor. I made a thread asking about this, and i believe that you should get a bigger pinion, like a 20 or 21T pinion. The TT-01 is geared the lowest it can go anyways.

wrong way raguvian. To get lower gearing you want a smaller pinion or larger spur.

Panchenko. the stock gearing is the lowest you can get it unless you modify the gearbox to fit non-tamiya gears
