Walkera 22e won't lift off at full throttle
Hello,
I am pretty new to this hobby. I am just learning to fly. I was flying my 22e yesterday when I had a pretty minor crash. Now when I go to fly, it will not lift off at full throttle. I have looked over the rotor head and can't see anything broken. I have noticed that when I start to spin up the blades I have pitch and roll controls but at a point in time as I spin it fast I loose those controls and the helicopter just sets there on the ground when the blades are at full throttle. Does anyone have any idea what is going on. Thanks[

Check to see if the nut on the bottom of the blue aluminum T-block has come loose, or if the set screw in that block is loose allowing the T-block to slide up and down on the main shaft.

Check your swash plate... sometimes mine comes apart amd you have to press it back together... this will cause you to have zero lift but full speed rotor head
