finding some parts for the truggy might be hard lots of place liek blackstar and thetoyz are sold out of parts.. dunno about the redcat.. i picked up a micro sct brushless and finding parts has been hard. Plus the steering is really bad out of the box with the losi servo.

My vote is the losi... Only because I have a 1/24 SCT and liked it so much I got another one lol....

i dont recommend them as a first car tho. There offroad capabilities really limit where u can run them.... And can get boring fast... But with 2 its awesome....

@phmaximus, I have 2 other cars(1/10 and a 1/18) I here you though….@mhx, no I am not 100% sure on the scale, I was thinking about getting the Losi 1/36 Micro-T. It is a lot cheaper and also my friend has one so I think it would be a lot more fun if it was a little bit fair with him if we race you know?….but does the go a lot slower than the 1/24 scale? Or do they go the same speed? Is the 1/24 scales so much more fun that it makes it worth the extra buckeroos? Thanks.

See:

If u do end up getting one... Try to get the brushed version.... They run great on 1s lipo.... Nice scale speeds and been only 1s u can fit a higher mah battery.... And u can allso run them on a 4cell nimh, and 2s lipo....

just dont one make the same mistake so many people make.... They increase the voltage without lowering the gearing....then complain that the motor is overheating and the pinion gear melts off
