Default Is anyone experiencing interference ?

I loose chanel 2 (elevator) a few minutes into my flight.
I am using : ac mp jet 25-35-20 brushless motor
: Phoenix 25 brushless esc
: FMA Quantum 8 receiver
: 4 Hitec hc 55 servos
: Etec 3 cell 1200 mah battery
: APC 11x5.5 prop
Loss of control has happened on 5 flights.
I have changed servos and receivers,I have re routed wires and antenna with no change in the problem.
I sent the Quantum 8 (brand new) back to FMA. No responce yet.
I talked to Hobby Lobby about the motor, but they never heard of this problem.
I have sent a email to Castle Creations but no answer yet.

I anyone else having this problem?

This problem could occur do to the antena touching any of the push rods on the plane if so re route you antena also check all your connections and check if your transmitter antena is loose. and try a range check walk away from the plane about 50 feet with the antena down and see if the problem occurs again if so its either batteries not fully charged or antena on trans or receiver. will

Thanks for your reply. I loose chanel 2 (elevator) only. Aileron, rudder and throttle still function. This has happened even after I switched servo and receiver. The only things constant are the speed control and motor.

your esc may not like your using 4 servos, disconnect one of the other servos and see if the elevator servo now works, another thought would be to use a ferrite ring
also try to disable your bec temporarily by removing the positive wire from the plug to receiver end, this can be done with a very small screw driver. the wire can be reinstalled later. after disabling the bec now plug a separate 4.8 volt battery to the receiver. this will allow you see if the esc is actually not capable of handling all 4 of your servos.

Perhaps the switch to reverse the servo is not staying in place?
