Default Jim's Begi

Hi Guys and gals, I ordered the Begi late last year and have had it a couple of weeks now.. I started building the Begi today and have a few photo's to show progress.

I can't say enough for the kit that Mickey has put together.. It is the most complete kit I have ever seen.. His instrution book, some subassemly's already done, sub packaging for different areas of the gyro. I know of Mickey's flying skill in his street out front of his house and now these superb kits..

I do have a few mintues on Mickey's Begi while he was at Lakeland this past November at the Wings and Things. Still think I will let Mickey check it out first if I can catch up with him..

Mickey and Others here is a couple more pictures of my completed Begi.. I have did some taxi tests, but don't want to fly in my street like Mickey does.
I am using an AXI motor and is weighting in at 15oz.

Flying soon.
Again Mickey, A very nice kit. Well put together and thought out.

Jim,

OK, it's been about a week now so you must have a test flight on the BEGI. I don't know about Lakeland, but we have had plenty of wind here the last few days.

Phil,
I have done some taxing around in the street where I live and did take it out to the local field.. A little bumpy.. My plans are to drive up to Mickey's when we can get together and let him look at it first.
Been busy around the house this past week or so.

Jim
