I just bought a Comp Elec. Turbo Matcher 4 off a guy. It arrived Friday and I've been playing with it and it seems to work fine but I have no idea truely how to use it "properly". I would like to do some matching on some IB3600's. It seems like when I hit the cycle button it only charges and doesn't discharge before printing a label so I'm assuming I have something setup wrong. I currently it set @ 3A charge w/ 25A discharge to .9V. I'm really new to R/C so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I read on another site that different initial discharge rates can alter the cells performance. Can anyone here validate this? Thanks for any help you can give this NewB.
