If not where can I find a single conversion JR receiver?
All I ever find is a dual conversion or the FM-PPM ABC&W filtering ones.
My TX is a positive shift

The JR R600 6 Channel Receiver is a single conversion receiver so that crystal will work.

Performance Devices crystals are really terrific. I'd highly recommend them.
