$400 and not much more than that. I fly with 4 guys who use 9Zs and not one of them uses it differently than I use the 9C.. EXCEPT they use the left slider to control their idle speed. Their are some "conditions" that you can setup with the 9Z that you cant do with the 9C thats about it from a practical standpoint.

Just got a new 9C super to replace my tired old 9C. many little differences, but really hard to beat the features and the price. If you are into thousands of dollars per bird, then you most likely need and can afford the 9Z, with plenty of mixes and triple rates galore. The 9C only has two triple rate switches, but if that's all you need, and you can't see using more than seven custom mixes, the 9C is more than enough radio for most of us. It is much easier to learn the programming on as well. The 9C I just bought was really about $500 cheaper than the 9Z radio only, and the 9C Super came with digital servos.
