Best procedure for adding monocote trim
Hi.
I read a couple of different ways to add monocote on monokote trim. What is the proper way to do this? Should I use the trim solvent or an iron?
How do I seal the edges so they don't come loose? I have a trainer and its trim is nearly all gone because it's come loose. How do I reseal the trim if it comes loose? I saw a video and it suggested using acetone. What does acetone do to trim? Does it work with monocote?

Foosball,
I just posted this in your warped stabilizer thread, but here's the answer again. The best way for applying monokote over monokote is using the windex method. It will let you put down the monokote without getting any bubbles in the top coat.
It gives great results and is easy to do.

I've found that Using Ultracoat for trim over Monokote works really well. The Ultracoat adheres at a lower temp and doesn't bubble as easily when ironing it down over existing covering.
