What is the recommended propeller size (3-blade type) for a .30 Enya engine? I intend to use it on a corsair (wingspan 45 inch). Are 2-blade & 3-blade types interchangable if they have the same number?

drop an inch of diameter when you add a blade, for a 30 engine i'd be looking at a 2 blade 9x6 or 9.5x6 maybe even a 10x6 if it had grunt. so you wanna drop an inch of those. hope that helps a tiny bit..

Is this a kit, built from plans or an ARF? I'm interested in building a small Corsair but there don't seem to be any kits available.
As far as prop goes, PhillyBaby is right about the conversion, but it mostly depends on the plane. I would try 2-blade props until I found one I liked just because I have a lot of them and then convert to the 3-blade prop. That way I wouldn't spend as much money trying out different props I would probably never use for anything.

CafeenMan,
Yes, this is a kit from Marutaka. Should be an out-of-production stock I think as the box looks quite old. I got it from LHS. Yes, you are right, nowadays corsair, whether in ARF or kit, almost all come in size 40 or above.
