Default First To-Do's with GST 7.7?

Hey guys I just ordered a CEN GST 7.7 RTR truck and I am needing some info. What should I do to this truck first? I've heard about a nemesis front diff case? What all is needed to swap over to that? If you guys could please point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!

Congrats on the purchase of a GST, you wont be sorry, its one awesome truck

The first thing I would do is get yourself a real good steering servo, such as the Hitec 5955TG as well as a 5 cell reciever pack or a lipo pack and regulator to get all the power you can to those servos. For further upgrades see this post [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_6743898/tm.htm] Help me build the ultimate CEN GST 7.7 basher![/link] further down in the CEN forum, it pretty much goes thru most of the popular upgrades including the Nemesis diffs. Hope this helps

3. GS029 X 1PC=Differential Drive Cup
4. GSS10 X 1PC=Heavy Duty CVS

Hey bearster18, Welcome to the forums and to the sickness!!!!

Those part numbers look good except the GS029 should actually be GS092.

Also, if you are going to do the Heavy Duty CVS and Swing Shaft upgrade GSS10, then you will need (4) of those.

Hope this helps!!

Thanks for the welcome Sir!

Arent the heavy duty CVS the updated axles? If I need 4 of those wont I need to upgrade the rear diff as well? Also the front propeller GS219 isnt it the same as GS029? This is confusing the hell out of me LOL.

1. GS094 X 1PC=Brake Drive Cup
2. GS219 X 1PC=Front Propeller
3. GS092 X 1PC=dogbone
4. GSS10 X 4PC=Heavy Duty CVS
5. GSS07 X 1PC=Aluminum Transmission

The shop selling the Nemesis is Mailbox Models in North Shields,Newcastle,England, formally CanYouDIY,thats still their sellers name on ebay aswell. They are selling the Neesis for £404 with free delivery. Now thats a lot more than you guys would pay in the US for a new Nemmie I think....

What are the ultimate drivetrain upgrades for this thing? I already installed the nemesis front driveshaft on the truck so thats done.

Also what power increasing parts are available for the GST? Tuned pipe?
