I am sorry for starting this thread, I should have known better!
It is totally my fault what has happened with my PayPal experience. I just thought that sharing what has happened that others would benefit. I did not think that it would blow up in my face like it has. I will delete this thread if I can figure out how to do so?

Fortunately I received my PTE36 from you no problem, and didn't take too long even though customs held it up for a bit!

My first post here guys, but felt compelled, because I to have had it with PayPal and the new "security" program that you must agree with. I will only use USPS money order. Guys that is a Federal offense to play games with (USPS). Not only that why do sellers want to pay for nothing if something goes wrong with Pay Pal. I to had no luck in dealing with them. I guess it is a Flea bay concept oversell, overcharge!!!

Last Time I used Pay-Pal my Credit card was comprmised shortly after the transaction. could have been coincidence but I had to get a new card and I no longer use Pay-Pal
