Cell phone Li-poly packs
i want to take the li poly cells out of some cell phone packs but what if thay are difrent mAh will that mater or not?

Yes they need to be balanced for the pack to perform properly.

Yes it makes a differance--under a load you will drain the smallest first. Also those batteries are'nt made for large amp drains like a motor will do---probably cook them.
