Default Help with Aerohawk paddle positioning

I bought a used aerohawk and I believe that the original owner did some tinkering with the settings of the paddles and flybar. My question is this: could someone please tell me how the paddles should be positioned in relationship to each other and, once that is established, in what position should the entire flybar assembly be set? I know that the entire assembly should be centered properly, but what are the angles that the paddles should achieve, or, should they be perfectly horizontal. Thanks very much for your help. This is my first heli and I really want to do it right!

As far as I know and from what I have read they should be flat (when your swash is in neutral posistion of course)

Both the paddles and the centre-lever should be flat in relation to each other. The distance between the paddles and the hub should also be exactly the same, or as close as possible.
