Default Super Small Heli

My new bird next to my Blade CX and Blade CP,it has only 8 inch rotor disk. This thing is a kick to fly,but only in the house or garage. Also check out the battery size for it!The top battery is for my CP,the middle battery is for my CX and the bottom is for my Micron.

It is called the Micron and I purchased it here http://www.precisionheli.com/ it is super small and really fun to fly but to build it you need magnification of some kind I use a jewelers head set and it is a real challenge to build. This is not for a noob because of the precision it takes to build it and keep it within weight specs so it will fly.It took me the better part of eight hours to build it but it is really fun to build. If I can later I will post more pictures of it and some close ups.

It is cool but building it will make you crazy[&:] make sure you have magnification and a large work place because if you drop any of the smaller pieces on the floor and it is carpet then say good-by to the part that you let get away from you, also have some small tools to work with.Enjoy because it really is a kick.

I ordered one today. Just had to have one after following posts on all the different forms. Many people seem to have problems getting them to fly well but a few have had good results. May just be a matter of skill in the building and setup that makes all the difference. I haven't had many problems with my small electrics and all flew well after careful building and setup. I'm looking forward to a real challenge with this one. Moe3754 I'd like to see some pictures of yours with the canopy off if you could.

If you take your time and do it right then you can build it with no problems. The only one I have is the servo mounting is rather bush league and I am looking for a better way to do it other than that I have no problems with it.I think most of the trouble is with these guys that are not satisfied with just what comes out of the box and have to mess with it thinking that they can make it do more than it is designed to do.If you build it like it is meant to be then you should have no problems with it.The only reason I am messing with the servo mounting is because the servos move when you put in stick input.Enjoy it is a fun little heli to build and fly. Here are the pictures you wanted I hope they help you out.

arhg!!! I want one of those SOOO bad! too bad it's 200+ dollars.... I'm working on getting a laser currently (105mW) for burning matches, and perhaps fusing my heli skids back toghter moe, what're the deminsions on the skids, swash, motors, RX, and servos? I'm wanting to build one myself, and I have a spare servo motor I'd like to use. I love the challenge of trying to build a sub micro.

I would say go to the web site and get all the info you need on it and you can buy the basic kit that is bare bones for $99.95 but as I said it is bare bones.Go here and check it out http://www.precisionheli.com/ .

moe3754; Thanks for the pictures!. I finally got mine today and will be building it this week. Looks like real good quality and not to hard to built. Yes it's small but I've worked with smaller stuff than this before . Just got to keep it light, balance every thing very well and it should fly pretty good. More later on how it goes and thanks again.
