How to charge batteries.....
Hey all, I'm going to be ready to startup my Eco later this week. But first I need to charge the batteries. The person I bought the heli from has the Ikarus batteries, but they have no writing on them. I'm going to get his charger later this week but am reluctant to use his seating being he blewup a battery pack. I asked him how he had charged the other pack and he said that the battery had blow up after 20min of charging, so I pull the new pack off after 10 to 15 min. Sorry, no thank you. How do I find the rating so I can charge it correctly??? Thanks!

RE: How to charge batteries.....
Well in IMO its more important to know the discharge rating... If there is no writing at all on the battery I personally would NOT use it... Use it for setting up the heli and not for flying... The charger is stock I'm assuming??? If yes don't use it... Stock chargers are junk and will over-charge batteries which can lead to puffing them up... destroyed...
best thing to do is buy as many batteries as you can afford.. 3 - 4 and a half decent charger... even a Mystery B6 is better than the stock chargers... Batteries at http://www.ecpower.com.hk/, free delivery...
better, safer solution...
