Default Koyosho FV-1000 any good?

Has any one tried the airplane? If so how about telling us about your set up and how does the bird fly?

Not sure were that info comes from. I flown one and have seen a number of them fly great using the stock motor on 8 cells. Go over ezonemag.com and do a search you will find alot of good info on the plane. I love mine!

Well the thing has a good look to it, of course that really dose not mean that it will fly any good.

It's a jet, you have to fly it like a jet. Don't buy it and expect a GWS TigerMoth

You can really hop it up by replacing the stock motor with a Mega 16/15/2 and a six cell GP 3300 battery. This is lighter than the stock motor and recommended battery and delivers about 10% more power. I'm flying this set-up in my Kyosho T-33 and am getting 5 to 6 minutes of excellent scale performance.
