gas to glow conversion 25cc Homelite
Ok guys, This is a new one. I want to convert a gasser to glow! I have the adapter for the plug to glow and trying to get the one for the replacement of the fly wheel, prop. has anyone ever done this? I know you'll say to much fuel cost etc! that isnt the reason i want to convert.. I'ts the POWER!!!!
What I need to know is what carb to use? adapt a glow carb? convert a gas carb? also what type of fuel would be safe for it? 4 stroke fuel? any info you guys and gals might have will be helpful.
This board has to be the best on here! I have learned more about conversions here than anyplace on the web!!! great place!!!

Do a search in engine conversions,you might want to try methanol instead of glow fuel,it will work.Those are a few links.

Call CH and get their prop hub for the CH ignition conversion, use a WT499 carb. Its what Zenoah used on the Glow G-23 engines.
Methanol with 5-7% oil, add a little nito for go.
Simple way to get there 2 qts Methanol and 1 qt 30% Heli fuel.
