It's almost time for the annual B-17 gathering at Bomber Field in Monaville, Texas just outside of Houston. This year the event will be held on September 16th-19th. Bomber Field has a 700' asphalt runway with a parallel grass runway. We offer RV parking for overnight camping with electrical hookups and water on site. Hookups are limited so we have a reservation system for RV's that will go live this Thursday the 16th at 7:30 PM. The link to the reservation form can be found on the home page of our webpage at bomberfieldusa.com. We also offer full concessions on site and covered pit areas with power. This year's theme is the year of the Flying Fortress. We will be highlighting those pilots flying B-17 models with special awards and recognition. Flyer attached. We hope to see you there!

Online pilot registration is now live on the website. Go to www.bomberfieldusa.com and click on the yellow button at the top of the home page that says B-17 EVENT PAGE. There you will find the link for pilot registration as well as a button to purchase tickets to the Friday night shrimp dinner. If you plan to attend please pre-register and buy dinner tickets if you want to participate so that we have a good head count for food purchases. We plan on showing a movie Friday night at the field after the shrimp dinner. As always it will be a bomber theme. This year will feature 12 O'clock High since 2020 is "The Year of the Flying Fortress" at Bomber Field. We hope to see you all there!

It’s almost here! Starting Wednesday the 16th the skies above Historic Bomber Field will be filled with giant scale bombers and fighters. Not to mention some full scale surprises. Don’t miss out on the best scale RC show in the country.
