Who's coming in on Friday for the Internet Fly-In?
How many people are coming into town on Friday for the 2nd Internet Fly-In?
The field will be open for flying after some clean-up and stuff which should be done by 2-3pm that afternoon.

The weather is going to be Partly Sunny with winds 8-10mph. 
Actually I don't know yet but rain or shine I'm there... think of it this way, if there is a 30% chance of rain there is a 70% chance it won't rain.
The way the weather has been the last month, the rain that we have got has been in small patches and is gone within a couple hours. We haven't had a day where it rains all day in a while.

Well you can't believe the weather people anymore... they just suck donkey ass when it comes to telling the weather. Yesterday there was no rain at all in the forecast all this week and today there is a 10-30% everyday. Tomorrow they'll say it'll be clear again.

I agree about the weather men... I will be there rain or shine on Saturday, but there will have to be little chance of rain if I am going to camp Friday night.... There isn't room for the planes and me in the trailer! If I had to choose I would sleep in the rain before I set my planes out... That is pretty messed up isn't it?

I'll be at the hotel because the lady and my kids will be with us. She doesn't like the idea of camping with a 5 month old.
I'm sure they'll be other guys there though... Pugs said he is camping there both nights if I remember right.

One nice thing is that they just finished with the new bathrooms right by the field. They don't have showers but they have running water toilets instead of port-o-lets. The showers are about 1/2 mile down the road and anyone camping is free to use them.

It says that there is no electric for the camping next to the runway. Is there going to be anywhere to plug in chargers for the planes for those of us flying 2 or 3 days? I put no faith into that weather forecast. They don't even know what it is going to do tomorrow, and they have no clue about next week!

Yes there is electric on site or charging batteries, etc but there isn't enough power to provide every camper with electric for everything.
And yes again on the weather people, they are the worst people you can trust.

Well guys I plan on being ther rain or shine cause just like in Ill if you wait on the weather you may never fly. Tryed today to get my maiden flight on my B-25 but gremlins struck again. So I guess I'll just have to show her off on the ground and be satified with that. See yea all there friday afternoon.

I have to agree. I was only able to be there on Friday night and Saturday, but I had one great time.Every time I think I know just a little something about flying one of these things I go to one of these and find out I actually know nothing! Bunch of great pilots at this fly in. Wayne, you rock my friend!
