Default goggle antenna connector

Hi Im just getting into fpv for the 1st time, I have the quannum cyclops goggles coming with some of those mushroom type antennas . I have a a large case that is big enough to contain tx , quad , googles , etc etc etc . Now my question is is it ok to disconnect the antenna from the googles every flying session or should they remain connect so as not to bugger up the fitting with continuous removal ? Cheers

I leave mine connected. Just easier that way. Probably the less you mess with it, the better off you'll be ?
