Default Irvine 53

I have a question
I'm breaking in my new Irvine 53 and i'm using 15 % fuel and on top end the temp. is running 310 deg. but the engine is not lean and it seam to have a lot more power left but i don't want to run it close to lean could some one tell me approx. where the needles should set if this is to hot?I'm using a Master Air screw prop 11x5.Do you think i need to get some 5% fuel . Do you think this is to hot?I think these are great engine
Thanks for your help.
Vic.

Hey Vic
What fuel are you useing? These engines like 20% Castor oil. My manual says 5% nitromethane for sport flying and up to 15% for contest flying.
