Hi guys I was going to wait a while to show this after I had some numbers to post, but that will come in a week or so.
Here is my latest creation a 60 CC engine useing DLE cylinders and pistons. Mind now the engine will be fully polished and the cylinders either painter or powder coated when completed, but this will give a person the general idea. As it is the engine is weighing in at 3-1/2 lbs I was hoping to keep it under 4 complete with everything but I have my doubts.

As a rule I get my bearings from USA bearings 10 at a time, the crank I made from 2 dle -30 cranks, it worked out very nice.
Hi Karol right now this is just a proto type, I have some high hopes but untill I see and hear it run and get some data accuired I don't have anything planned out for the future.
I was up in the air about the width of the engine and was thinking about going with the 1/4-32 mini plugs, but for now I will run the CM-6 and go from there.

Thanks Chad that will save me alot of time.
Thanks Guys for the kind words, Since there has been alot of intrest in the crank I decided to take a pic while I have the engine down. Nothing magic to it except getting it aligned so there is zero run out. What I did was cut the end off of one and added a disk in the middle, removed the original rod pins and replaced them with longer hardened metric dowel pins that would capture both the disk and crank.

Cyberwolf, that sure is super nice work you have done on your 60cc Twin engine. I am in Florida now on vacation, but I check in here once in a while, nice to see a very neat project like yours. Best Regards, Capt,n

HI guys /Gals Just a couple of pics to let you know I have not forgotton about this thing. I recieved my Mufflers from Taildragger RC today the CCRC pro was an exact fit to the DLE cylinders. I want to take a sec and thank Chad for a very fast shippment and some very nice item's. My ign has not landed yet but it should be here I hope tomorrow, I decided for now just to tackel one thing at a time and went with the standard CM-6 plug caps. That may change later on but for now it will get the engine running and see what I need to work on from there.

I not going to predict anything untill the fat lady sings, she may yell her head off for this is done *L* The only thing that I know for a fact it has way more compression than any of my 55's or G-62 singles. Could be a good thing can't see why it wouldn't???

You've done some impressive machining there!
Last time I seen anything like that was from a trade show where they had a Mazak CNC lathe do some wild precision machining.
If you and Umran........
DLE 111cc Auto Start System

.....were to collaborate together, what an awesome engine you two could create!!!

Again thank you.
Yes I use all manual machines.
I have seen Urmans thread concerning both his engine and starting system, what can I say he does do some very nice work.
I have gave some thought to a starting system, but never got it off the board to do anything with it. Besides Electricity and myself have never been the best of friends.
Maybe some day when I feel that I really need something to start my engines I may look into it further.
