You'd need a new flywheel and carburetor:
FJIG3300 4551230290 CARBURETOR HDA BT86 $129.99
FJIG5730 1552154380 MIGHTY MAGNT BT-86 $59.99
FJIG3150 4020422120 CARB GASKET 86/50SA $1.69
These parts can be ordered through any hobby retailer who sells Fuji engines and accessories.

Actually, the question was whether Hobby Services would do it and swap out the parts -- charge me for the labor and the difference in the parts. All of the parts pulled from the BT-50SA are compatible with the BT-32A and all of the parts added to the BT-50SA to make it a BT-50SB are compatible with the BT-64.

Why would you want to convert an SA to an SB? I just bought a GP 27% cap with an SB on it. I would like to have the SA. I'm thinkin' trade!! My engine is mounted on the plane and has been run in for a short duration but not flown.

Why would you want to trade an SB for an SA? Are you having problems with it. There are 2 distinct improvements on the SB over the SA. 1) The internal choke on the carbureter is certainly better than the outside plate the SA uses. 2) The larger flywheel, borrowed from the 64, provides a much hotter spark for startups. If your considering a swap look at the EI engine -- it will give you an overall improvement on weight
Having said the above, my final experience with my BT-50SA was all positive -- the SB upgrade would not have been an improvement. I lived through the rough beginnings until I got some time on it and found someone to help me tune it. I was getting approximately 7700rpm on a Bolley 20x10 prop and that was perfect for my GP Christen Eagle II.
