YOU better be carful useing a drill you cold blow out the bore. then the spinner will not run true i would geuss it to be a matric size the screws are 5mm.

Depends on who last sharpened the drill, you can get huge variations in size if the drill isn't sharpened properly, so always go for the smaller size first.[sm=wink.gif]
Also use a good quality drill lubricant to keep the alloy from sticking to the drill tip, if this happens, the hole will be damaged and oversize.

Here are some pictures of the drilled back plate, the spinner that has been cut for the Menz 22X8 prop. Pretty cool? The spinner is the Dave-Brown 3 1/2.
Seems the work is difficult to do without a drill press, a scroll saw, and a lot of experience. I can help with customer drill and cut work. Just drop me an email.
