Default Maloney 100 Gaser

Hello I test ran a Maloney 100 during the week Man that sucker ran great I was plesently suprised. I was wondering if anyone knew the correct oil to fuel ratio I ran it at 32-1 it seemed to run hot. Also what prop should I be using? I had a 14-6-10 Zinger prop on it. Topped out at I think 8600 rpm and a slow idle of about 1700 rpm.
Thanks in advance for some help
Scott

Scott......I use 32 : 1 regular gas that I borrow from my "weedwacker"......seems to work fine.....the Maloney is a hard starting engine (most of the time I have to use a starter) other than the starting, it is a fine running engine with no bad habbits and plenty of power for my Waco............There are a lot of horror stories out there about the engine, but my is a fine machine and I enjoy it a lot

Hello Tom

Ya I have read the horror stories about the engine. I use a starter on mine and she fires right up and purrs like a kitten. Does yours run real hot? Mine seems to run hot.
