Default 3W 28 vs. Evo 26 vs. Brison 2.4

I am looking to buy a gas engine for UL Gile 202. I have the opportunity to buy a slightly used 3w 28 for it. Currently I have an OS 1.60 and the AUW is 10 lbs 9 oz. In the Giles thread, a few people are running the Evo and the Brison. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how the 3W would compare and would it have have good 3D ability?

Thanks

Default RE: 3W 28 vs. Evo 26 vs. Brison 2.4

The 1.60 engines will do very well at the weight you have. Just do not strangle them using a restrictive exhaust system.
The Brison has 30% more displacement, so IMHO, is way too much for a 10 lbs plane
