The maximum weight for 50cc is about 25 pounds but without authority.

For good 3D performance weights between 14 and 18 pounds. For so-so 3D performance weights between 19-20 pounds. Warbird type flying will handle weights from 20-26 pounds if you have some runway. For Giant Telemaster "floater" type flying weights up to about 32 pounds.

This from a guy that uses an exhaust retarder Would you prefer that in cubic feet of volume or simple length? Either way you're out of luck.

decimeters squared per furlong would be nice -.
exhaust retarder -- yes I do use that thing - It retarded my 80 to where it can hardly work with 26" props - but 27" props work very well

Ahhhh---But the ten million $$$ question is how large of a dirigible would it power and still 3D??? ---With my dirigible I wanna do waterfalls, inverted flat spins that rise in altitude and of course be able to hover with the nose pointing straight up!!! ---And EVERYONE knows that all dirigibles can harrier regardless of power......[&:]

Yea, but inverted stuff is REALLY hard! Even a waterfall is going to require some super exotic weight shifting methods.

Naaaa---I'm just gonna put some OUTRAGEOUS oversize control surfaces on that muthuh!!!---And run about a 26x4 prop to get a lot of air moving (Static thrust) at the expense of speed---Like dirigibles are all about speed in manuevers.... [sm=tongue_smile.gif]---
