Default Help finding muffler for 3W-75 on a Corsair

Need help finding a muffler for my 3W-75 (single cylinder) side mounted carb that will fit inside the cowl of the Byron Corsair that I have. Or help with finding someone that could make a muffler given a wooden mockup. The orginal Johnson (brand) Pitts style that Cactus provided would have stuck out in the 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock positions as viewed from the front. The next muffler Cactus sent, a Johnson designed for one cylinder of 3W twin had the canister up on the side, rather than below and behind like on the Pitts, but it would have stuck out in the 9:30 o'clock position as viewed from the front. I've seen quite a few Byron Corsairs in the AMA magazines with a 3W-60 on them, so I know there has to be a solution out there. Can't paint this great model until I solve this cowl/muffler problem. Thanking you in advance.
