I know that I would consider some if they were priced to sell. The ones I have seen are great and well worth the price, but not to me. All I want is some protection, a little padding and some protective cloth.
I think if you hit the price point you will have a winner.

it will be a cuople of weeks we are still sourcing materials. the local fibric shops are way to expensive to do this and obviously the bags would have to reflect that. i have talked to alot of people and agree with them that the bags out now are really exp.

I'm a pretty crafty guy and considered building my own. It just doesn't pencil out though. If you go into production, I would incorporate these features:
Double wing pockets.
Wing tube pocket.
Handle.
Zipper closure.
Some type of material to stiffen the bag and protect the wings.
Cordura shell.
Soft twill liner.
$50.

You could probably get away with two sizes. Small for airplanes up to 30% and large for the big boys. It needs to be heavy enough so you can put it in an open pick-up bed without flying away.

Cordura (not sure on spelling) is a name brand for a heavy nylon material. It's commonly used for back packs and outdoor equipment. I believe it comes in a variety of weights and colors.
