Default Fuel tank pressure trouble

I have a OS 65LA on a 90 degree in a Great Plains 60 size Cub with a Bisson pits muffler on it ,not getting any pressure to the fuel tank. The down pipes on the muffler are 7/16 outer diameter. Any suggestions, lines are clear

I thought you had to plug one of the pipes in the exhaust to get pressure to build in the tank. I'm not 100% but I keep seeing this problem in RCU and that's what someone always recommends.

Either one, you just want to increase your back pressure in the exhaust. I've never done it before so you might want to wait for other people to post (who know what they are doing).
