Saito 100 carb won't close all the way
I have a fairly new Saito 100 that I am setting up and noticed that the carb won't close all the way unless I remove the spring. At first I thought it might be a problem with the groove and guide screw but it is not. As I recall the spray bar is a pressed in unit? If so then there is no adjustment. If it screws in, then perhaps it could be backed out to let the spring go in a little further?

UP DATE:
Fom the top it does go all the way shut, the throat is smaller on top. But I can feel the spring "balling up" about the last 1/4 throttle and causes some irregular control with a linkage other than rock solid. So now I will try to devise a better more direct linkage set up.
