Default need a car tune pipe

Hello guys, I need a car tune pipe. From the the opening, which connects to manifold by using exhaust coupler is 16.73mm. Is there a tune pipe that fit on 16.73 mm exhaust coupler? Now for the length of the tune pipe. My old one is a 143.81 mm of the length of the tune pipe to the end where the hole at to mount by a wire. Sorry for making hard for you guys hope you guys under stand and link me to a good tune pipe. I am looking for more rpm improvement then torq. This will be for a .18 engine. But for the actuall object that this motor is mount on is a mini helicopter with a .18 engine. Thanks guys hope i can get some help finding a good replacement. Old one isn't that great and looking for something that will improve my helicopter. Let think as a car, and i want the car to have more speed then torq. Think of a onroad car. We want speed not torq right?? hope you guys understand. Thanks guys and here is a pic for you guys to understand more of the size i'm looking for. If theres no length that i am looking for, atleast the beggining part the opening atleast it is 16.73 mm. That is the size of my exhaust couplet too.

Gracias

Jaime

Maybe but not there yet. Something that will give me the performance. And that the front part that connect to the motor that is 16.73 mm. Maybe that would work. But how is the opening that connect to the manifold with that rubber thingy? Same length that i am looking for?

Most any car tuned pipe for a small block should fit your coupler. As a general rule of thumb for car pipes, long and slim makes RPM and short and fat makes torque.

The Macs pipe for the T-maxx is not such a great pipe for performance. It looks and sounds different than the stock traxxas pipe, but there is not enough difference in power to notice.

Here's a great RPM pipe for a small block boat engine, if you can make it fit. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXMMM0&P=7

Here's another good RPM pipe from Associated Electrics, made for a 110mm sedan. This pipe does not have a pressure nipple, just a hole in the pipe that you stick the pressure line in. I've used plenty of pipes with no pressure nipple and they all worked just fine as long as you mount the pipe where it can't move. If the pipe flops around you will risk pulling the pressure line out. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXBMH0&P=7

Another AE pipe. This is basically the same as the last one, but it has a welded pressure nipple instead of a hole for the pressure line. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXTWH6&P=7

Here is an excellent RPM pipe from Losi. It does not have a pressure fitting though, just a hole like the AE pipe. http://www.nitrohouse.com/catalog/pr...ducts_id=14925

Even though it's got a funny shape, this traxxas pipe gives a real impressive RPM boost. http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/19128

Hi jcervantes11 .

Can you use a car engine in a helicopter? Such an engine revs up to 40.000 RPM/min. That must be at least 100% more than a normal helicopter engine.

Sounds dangerous...

I hope you will change the gearing
